What a busy day!
We're all pleasantly surprise by today's large turnout. Considering that this the holiday period and a typically quiet time for property sales.
Overheard from the grapevine: two units are under negotiations and cheques coming in soon.
Looks like my pronouncement of this period being 'quiet' may not be so correct after all!
